Shipping

Currently, we are only shipping to Canada & U.S.A. Other international countries will be included very soon. Please subscribe to our  newsletter so you will be the first to know when this happens!

Currently, we are only shipping to Canada & U.S.A and free standard shipping to these two countries on orders USD$52 and above.

All orders will be sent with tracking including free shipping. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 10 business days (or less for shipping). Processing & shipping time estimates does not include high volume holidays and/or non-business days.

Currently all items are ship from Toronto Ontario, CANADA.

In the event of postal disruption (ex – labour strikes, etc); we will choose an alternative postal service so you can get your package without disruption. 

At the point in time, we are not offering Express shipping as currently Express ship time guarantee is no longer available by most postal services. 

Different countries have different customs duties and taxes regulations that you have to understand before making your order as the duties and taxes is your responsibility and will be borne by you. Please check with your local authorities before completing the order. 

Order

Once you’ve made a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive the next update including shipment tracking number. You will be informed every step of the way on your order until it arrives to you! Don’t worry. 

We do not offer price adjustments.

Sustainable & Eco-Friendly

This is a very important aspect for us. As much as we want to provide the best experience & quality for each and everyone that supports us, we also want to make sure that our impact to the earth is a positive one.

All our packaging are either:  Made of recycled plastic, post-consumer and/or post-industrial AND recyclable down to our tissue papers. We’ve also planned your journey with our packaging. For example, we only use paper tapes on your paper corrugated shipping boxes so that it is immediately recyclable without potential contamination. 

Taking weather and journey impact into consideration, we have decided to use plastic mailer in order to protect your order so your jewellery can arrive safely to you without degradation from weather elements. To lessen the impact, we are using mailer made of recycled plastic. 

Poshmark

Glad you noticed. No, we have some overlapping products but some products are Poshmark exclusives and some products are this webstore exclusives.

Poshmark carries a little bit of something including pre-loved & home items while this webstore is only boutique jewelleries. 

No, as Poshmark and this webstore are different channels, please do through the official Poshmark channel to process the return. 

Warranty & Return

We offer 30 days Limited Warranty. If you receive a broken item or it breaks within 30 days after you received it, please send us an e-mail with clear photos of the problem and we will rectify it as soon as possible. 

Please note that the Plating is not covered by warranty. We strictly do not accept any exchanges or replacements due to a change of colour of our rings.

UPDATE: EXCHANGE is no longer available due to the pandemic and hygiene requirements. 

We accept exchanges for regular price items within 7 days after you receive the products. Once we’ve confirmed receipt of your item, we will send you a notification email. A USD$9 restocking fee will be applied to each exchange item. The item for exchange must be sent via tracked mail and all return shipping costs to be borne by customer. We will not process any exchange of items sent by non-tracked regular mails. 

The jewelry must not have been worn to qualify for an exchange. Please contact us to start an exchange procedure : hello@olamiie.com 

We do not accept returns and do not refunds.

All sales item are final sale.

Items that is sold at discounted prices due to existing defects are not covered by our Limited Warranty guarantee.
